Aice Indonesia's newest factory visit concept is expected to provide insight into how ice cream is made, the technology used, and education regarding the ingredients for making ice cream.
Aice invites visitors to see directly the main raw materials for ice cream production in one of the zones, called as the Wonderful Ingredients zone.
In other zones, visitors can also see the latest technology used to produce ice cream.
Various other areas in the factory can be visited by the general public, starting from how ice cream is processed using automation technology, a brief history of ice cream from time to time, to a DIY (Do It Yourself) room.
This area is specifically for visitors who want to experiment themselves in creating ice cream according to their taste.
Since the opening in October 2019, Aice Factory has received up to 15,000 visits from surrounding areas and outside the island, such as Makassar, Banten and Bandung.
The ice cream factory owned by PT Aice Ice Cream Jatim Industry is located in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto and has an area of 44,125 m2, claimed as the largest ice cream factory in Indonesia, even in Southeast Asia.
