Finance Accounting Supervisor

Core Responsibility :

• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, ontime payments according to payment schedule
• Maintain cash allocation for trade and non trade payment
• Support all division for operational such as cash advance, process urgent payment base on situation and evaluation
• Maintain good relationship with bank and other finance instituation
• Ensure Financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filed with adequate supporting documents.
• Organize to archive supporting document of all transactions in good manner.
• Review monthly closing.
• Doing monthly report needed by Management and Head quarter.
• Doing forecast and Budgeting.
• Monitor AR and AP.
• Other work assign from Superior.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Good knowledge in Financial and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.
• Strong MS Excel Skills.
• Strong Analytical Thinking, Detail Orientation, Good Communication Skill.
• Strong Leadership.
• Mandarin Speaking.
• Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
