Responsibilites :

Responsible and providing for technical and functional development support, configuration, enhancement and problem solving of the ERP.
Ensure that the ERP systems and applications operate reliably and efficiently.
Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Advise user on appropriate action.
Manage software upgrade, changes and updates.
Prepare activity reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Supervisor.
Good knowledge on PC desktop application (Windows, MSOffice, Adobe).
Have knowledge on ERP would be an advantage.
Good knowledge on PC hardware & software troubleshoot
Good knowledge on Window/Linux Server, Email Server and Database.
Strong knowledge on computer network.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Spirit, initiative and result-oriented.
English is a must, Mandarin would be an advantage.
Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
